The Government of Sri Lanka donated the emergency relief of US$ 25000 to the Government of Myanmar.
Dr. Palitha Kohana, Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed over the Cheque to the Ambassador of the Union of Myanmar Tin Oo Lwin at the Ministry.
The Foreign Secretary on behalf of the Government and people of Sri Lanka expressed his deepest condolence to the victims who lost their lives in the cyclone that hit Myanmar on Saturday (03rd).
